We're confident in the quality of our draveltech products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- In original condition with all components and accessories
- Original packaging and documentation included
- No signs of damage, modification, or excessive wear
- Return authorization number obtained (see process below)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-manufactured or specially-ordered products
- Items damaged by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
- Products modified or altered from their original state
- Items without original serial numbers or identification
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
Package Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and attach the RMA label to the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return
Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring valuable items.
Return Shipping

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using insured, trackable shipping for valuable items
- Returns shipped COD will not be accepted
- CoilHarmony is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- We'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Refund Timeline
- Credit Cards: 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs: Refunded only if item is defective
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
- Return your original item following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired product
- We'll process both transactions separately
This ensures faster processing and allows you to take advantage of any current promotions on your new purchase.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll expedite a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by CoilHarmony
- Original shipping costs will be refunded

- After 30 days, warranty claims apply for defective products
